In 2022, he embarked on a construction project, transforming an old grocery store in Valparaiso, NE into a remarkable space. Over the past 15 months, he has painstakingly remodeled it, incorporating various services for the community, such as spas, furniture, grills, and more. Corey's dedication to preserving the essence of the original store is evident in his reuse of outdoor fire elements. Recently, he proudly opened his retail space in Valparaiso, NE, catering to customers in the surrounding areas.
